Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

DRTY X Offroad Clothing is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Please note that DRTY X Offroad Clothing will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color. 

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Damage products &  manufacturing errors, In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, DRTY X Offroad Clothing offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the subject heading “Return” to our support email drtyxinfo@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
  2. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Exclusions

  1. Beyond 10 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond the 10-day window. Please ensure you inspect your purchase promptly upon delivery.
  2. Non Eligible Items: Wrong Sizing, Colors: Please check the sizing table and ensure the sizes are what you need! DRTY X Offroad Clothing is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
  3. Other Non-Eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:
    • Worn or Used Items
    • Items with Removed Tags or Labels
    • Customized or Altered Items
  4. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. But in case the address is invalid (missing apartment number, unknown address, etc.), then, we will be offering a reprint with a shipping cost charge or a production refund only. 

Refund Process

  1. Restocking Fee: For all eligible returns, a 60% restocking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the item(s) returned.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at drtyxinfo@gmail.com within the specified timeframe.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of the direct to garment printing, we do not allow for cancellations at this time. Our orders are sent to production once the order is submitted which means materials are used upon submission. We do not have pre printed inventory and incur a cost with all orders when submitted, and do not allow for cancellations at this time.
