By accessing and/or using this Site, you agree that all matters relating to its access and use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, and you agree to be subject to the state and federal courts of the State of Illinois. If any part of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect
